Pre-orders are advance purchases on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to secure your selections pre- season. Many of our designers often sell out in some sizes before they even reach us!
Each designer has their own estimated ship dates, which we place on the product page. We cannot guarantee these dates, but do our best to keep you informed of any changes. Shop risk free as pre-orders are returnable if postmarked within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. We understand that ordering in advance can be difficult for sizing and we are more than happy to exchange sizes or styles for you that do not work out or refund your purchase if necessary. We want you to be happy with your selections! Preorders that are placed but cancelled before arrival are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. We are happy to waive this fee if the payment is given back to you in form of a store credit. If you choose to cancel for a refund back to your credit card or paypal the 20% cancellation fee will result. We of course do not apply this policy to preorders that have not arrived within their projected shipping window.
We offer three payment options for our preorders. You may either pay in full at the time of ordering or use one of our 2 deposit options. We offer a 25% or 50% deposit option. The 25% off payment option allows you to pay 25% of the balance at the time of preorder with the remaining balance due at the time your order is ready to ship. The coupon for 25% deposit is PREORDER25. A 50% deposit option is also available on pre-orders with the checkout code "PREORDER50". This enables you to pay only 50% of your order total now, and the remaining 50% will be charged to your card when your items ship. With our 50% deposit option or the pay in full option you also qualify for free shipping. The coupon for free shipping on preorders is : Fallfree. Our deposit only option are a nice way to break up the expense a bit. You may also choose to pay in full at the time of pre-ordering. When using a deposit only option your credit card will be billed automatically. If you use paypal as your method of payment, you will receive a payment request when your items are ready to ship. If your payment is not made and there is no communication/arrangements made with us within a 10 day period your order will be subject to cancellation. After 14 days of non-payment your order will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

Do I need an RA# to return an item? (top)
No, at this time we do not require an RA number for returns. Simply return your item(s) along with your receipt to the address on your order form using a reliable mailing service. We recommend using a service with tracking, such as USPS or UPS.
What if I need to make a return? (top)
We want you to be happy with your purchases, so we gladly accept returns postmarked within 14 days of arrival to you. Please keep in mind that sale items are returnable for store credit or exchange only, this includes items that are purchased with a promotional coupon . Orders with free shipping are elegible for a full refund within return timeframe guidlines, however the $6.50 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund if 50% or more of the order is returned. Regular priced merchandise is returnable for a full refund postmarked within 14 days of its arrival to you. Items returned after this time frame will be returned for store credit only. All items are final sale after 21 days of the order date.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging if applicable. We process returns/refunds every Wednesday & Saturday, however it can take up to two billing cycles for credits to show on your credit card statement. Exchanges are subject to return shipping costs. Please include your original receipt when exchanging or returning merchandise. All items are considered final sale 21 days of the order date and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please call or email before sending items for exchange only, if you are returning there is no need to call, we do not require an RA #. For exchanges it is best to let us know so we can ensure we have your selections and can pull those items pending the arrival of your exchange items. We will notify you upon arrival of your exchange so you know your new items have shipped.

PETTISKIRTS are exchangeable only for a different size or color. We do not refund for these items, no exceptions. These items include all products from Macis Deisgns, Joan Calabrese, Sweet Pattis and Kaiya Eve Couture. These items are also are excluded from all promotional offers other than free shipping.
Special Occasion and Special Order items, such as Sweet Pattis Dresses, Joan Calabrese Gowns, Maci Designs, and any item that states "special order" or is requested to be ordered by a customer is not returnable for any reason, and is considered a final sale. You may exchange for another size or style but there are no refunds for special occasion gowns.. These items are also excluded from all sales and promotions other than free shipping offers.
Do you offer price adjustments or match prices from other boutiques? (top)
We do not offer price adjustments, as our products change continually as do our promotions. We feel we offer the best prices and service of any online boutique. We are, however, always happy to consider matching other stores sales and offers upon request. You can trust that by shopping here, you know you will always receive reputable products, fair pricing, as well as service you can count on. Brand integrity as well as rules set by our vendors are paramount to continuing the relationships we have with all our fine designers. Therefore, manufacturer rules do limit us at certain times of the year from promotions and sales.
How do I care for my pettiskirt? (top)
Washing guidelines: Your enchanting pettiskirt is made of yards and yards of the highest quality chiffon. We recommend hand washing your pettiskirts in cold water and hanging them to dry. If your washing machine has a hand cycle option, that will work out nicely as well.
Storing guidelines: Pettiskirts can be stored on a hanger or in her dresser drawer. Pettiskirt bags are also available for another easy storage idea. If storing in a bag, simply give the pettiskirt a good shake to fluff it up prior to use.
Pettiskirt care: We do not recommend ironing a pettiskirt. If you have a steamer, a few minutes of steaming should release any wrinkles and restore its full fluffiness. Steaming also works great for the rosettes on the tees and tanks as well. If you don't have a steamer handy, you can simply give your pettiskirt a good shake, and you should see the fullness come to life quickly. Hanging it in the bathroom while running a hot shower is also a good way to get a little steam. With simple care, her pettiskirt should last for countless memories.
How do I know what size pettiskirt to buy? (top)
Pettiskirts look best when they are purchased in true sizing. True, the waists are elastic and our Kaiya Eve feature a waist adjuster inside, but due to the weight of a pettiskirt, buying them too large will result in a poor fit. The sheer weight if purchased oversized will pull down on the child to the hips or lower, and it it will be hard for them to keep it on their waist. Nothing looks great or is fun to wear if it's falling down with every step she takes. When purchasing the correct size, you will not only have a nice look, but she will still get a lot of life out of her darling pettiskirt.
