We want you to be happy with your purchases, so we gladly accept returns postmarked within 14 days of delivery receipt. Returns for regular priced merchandise, received within 14 days of receipt are eligible for an exchange or refund.
Items received later than 14 days of delivery receipt will be accepted for store credit. Return items received after 30 days are not accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense. No exceptions. Sale items are not returnable for a refund, but may be exchanged for another item or size or store credit if returned within 14 days of delivery receipt.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging if applicable. We cannot process returns on items that have been worn, do not have original tags, or have been exposed to animal hair or smoke. These items will be returned to you and are not eligible for a refund.
We process returns/refunds within 48 hours of arrival, and will notify you via email to confirm your return/exchange has been processed. Exchanges are subject to return shipping costs. Please include your original receipt when returning merchandise. If you would like to exchange please email or call customer service to reserve those items for your exchange.
All items are considered final sale 30 days after delivery and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

PETTISKIRTS are exchangeable for a different size or color. We do not refund for these items, no exceptions. All items from Oopsy Daisy Baby and Kaiya Eve Couture are excluded from all promotional offers other than free shipping.
Special Occasion and Special Order items, such as our Oopsy Daisy Dresses, Joan Calabrese Gowns, Macis gowns, and any item that states "special order" or is requested to be ordered by a customer is not returnable for any reason, and is considered a final sale. These items are also excluded from all sales and promotions other than free shipping offers.
If an item you have purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase date, you are eligible for a price adjustment. Please email customer service with your request during the sale time.
We do want you to shop here, where you know you will always be treated the best. We are always happy to consider matching prices from other stores' promotions if we can. If another store has the same style, color and size in stock, please email the link(s) and your request to our customer service department for consideration. We do have pricing contracts with vendors so cannot always offer this service but certainly would love the opportunity to do so if we can.
